Welcome to Go Next Hobbies. Our store is operated by Go Next Hobbies INC. doing business as Go Next Hobbies ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions explain how purchases, preorders, shipping, cancellations, and our Buy Now, Ship Later service work.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Ordering and Payment

We sell to customers in Canada and the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. You must be legally able to make the purchase, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

Payment is due in full when you place an order, including preorders. For eligible Buy Now, Ship Later orders, shipping is calculated and charged separately when you request shipment.

Keep your order confirmation for your records. If we cannot fulfill an item because of a supply issue, inventory discrepancy, or listing error, we will contact you and refund the affected item and any applicable taxes or shipping charges attributable to it. We will not charge a cancellation fee when we cancel an item.

3. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) or United States dollars (USD), depending on your selected market and currency. Check the currency and total shown at checkout before paying. Applicable sales taxes are shown at checkout.

Shipping thresholds and flat rates below are denominated in CAD. Their USD equivalents depend on the conversion used by our store and may change. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or transaction charges.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes to these terms do not retroactively change the terms of an existing order without your agreement or a legal requirement.

4. Preorders

We list preorder products after receiving confirmed allocation from our distributor. Full payment reserves your order against that allocation; however, manufacturer, distributor, or transport issues can still affect supply and arrival dates.

Release and arrival dates are estimates. Japanese releases are generally expected to arrive approximately one week after their Japanese release date, but customs clearance, transport, or supplier delays can extend this time frame. An estimated release date is not a guarantee of arrival or delivery by that date.

We will communicate material changes when we become aware of them. If an allocated item becomes unavailable and we cannot fulfill it, we will refund the affected purchase without a cancellation fee. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Customer-requested preorder cancellations before shipment are subject to the cancellation policy below. Any cancellation or refund rights required by law, including rights relating to delayed delivery, remain available.

5. Customer-Requested Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an un-shipped in-stock order, preorder, or held item by emailing info@gonexthobbies.com. Contact us as soon as possible; an email request does not stop a shipment until we have processed the request.

Voluntary cancellations before shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation/restocking fee on the price paid for the cancelled merchandise, after discounts and before tax. The remaining merchandise payment, applicable refundable taxes, and shipping charges for shipments that will not take place will be refunded. For a partial cancellation, shipping eligibility for the remaining order may need to be recalculated; we will explain any revised charge before proceeding.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be voluntarily cancelled. This does not restrict claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, or cancellation and refund rights required by law.

No cancellation fee applies when we cannot fulfill your purchase, when the cancellation results from our error, or when you exercise a statutory cancellation right that requires a refund without deductions.

6. Returns, Damaged Goods, and Incorrect Items

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please check the product, parts, compatibility, quantity, and shipping details before placing your order.

If we send the wrong item, an item arrives damaged, or a product is defective, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where practical, help us resolve your claim. Please retain the packaging and affected item while we review the issue, and contact us before sending anything back.

For a confirmed issue, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, return, or refund, consistent with your legal rights. We will cover necessary return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items. No restocking fee applies to these remedies.

We do not impose a short reporting deadline that removes your statutory rights. Please report issues promptly so that we can help and, where necessary, investigate with the carrier.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider controls when an approved refund appears in your account. Taxes and shipping charges will be refunded where applicable or required by law.

7. Shipping Rates and Destinations

Free-shipping eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes or shipping. Your checkout or combined-shipment invoice shows the applicable amount and currency.

For eligible US shipments, we cover applicable import tariffs, duties, and customs-clearance charges. Customers should not receive an additional import-fee bill for these shipments. If a carrier requests such a payment, contact us before paying so that we can resolve it. Applicable sales taxes and your payment provider's own charges are separate.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will assist with delayed, lost, damaged, or misdelivered shipments. Contact us if your package does not arrive; we do not require you to resolve a carrier claim alone.

Please check your address before ordering. If it needs correction, contact us before shipment. If a delivery must be resent because of an incorrect address supplied by you, we will discuss any necessary additional shipping charge with you first.

8. Buy Now, Ship Later

Where this option is offered, you can pay for products now and hold available items for up to 90 days so that they can be combined with other purchases. Product payment is collected at purchase; shipping is charged when you request a combined shipment.

The 90-day holding period starts when each item becomes available to ship. An unreleased preorder does not use up its holding period while awaiting arrival. Adding another order does not restart the holding period for items already held.

To request shipment, use the combined-shipment process provided by our store or email us with the order numbers you want combined. Free shipping applies when the merchandise subtotal of the items in that shipment, after discounts and before taxes, reaches over $99 CAD in Canada, or $70 USD in the United States. If below those thresholds, flat shipping rate above applies.

After the 90-day period, available items will be scheduled for shipment. Unavailable preorder items remain pending and are not included in that shipment.

Held items remain subject to our cancellation policy. Items do not become forfeited simply because their holding period has expired.

9. Product Condition and Packaging

Loose parts are brand new and unused. Parts sold individually may have been separated from a new product and are described as loose parts; they are not represented as individually factory-sealed unless the listing says so.

Packaged products are supplied in their original packaging. We do not sell used or previously played-with products as new.

Some stadium sets may have their original outer boxes flattened for import and rebuilt before sale. This reduces shipping costs from Japan and helps us offer better pricing. Such sets contain all original included components. When this applies, the listing will disclose the packaging treatment; rebuilt packaging will not be described as untouched or factory-sealed unless that description is accurate.

Please review each listing for included components, packaging condition, age recommendations, and compatibility. Random-assortment products, where offered, are identified in the listing; a specific outcome is not promised unless expressly stated.

10. Safe Use and Website Content

Follow the manufacturer's age recommendations, safety instructions, and warnings. Some products contain small parts or require adult supervision. Product compatibility and intended use are described in individual listings.

Our original website text, graphics, and branding may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party product names, trademarks, and images belong to their respective owners. Listing their products does not imply an affiliation or endorsement.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent orders. We may restrict misuse, but any action affecting a paid order remains subject to applicable law and our refund obligations.

11. Privacy

We use the personal information needed to process payment, fulfill orders, provide support, and operate our store in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Please review the Privacy Policy available through our website before purchasing.

12. Consumer Rights, Disputes, and Changes

These terms are subject to applicable law. They do not waive mandatory protections concerning product quality, accurate descriptions, delivery, cancellation, refunds, or other consumer rights. A shipment already being dispatched does not remove a legal right to a remedy.

Our business is based in Ontario, Canada. Applicable provincial and Canadian federal law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, without depriving customers elsewhere of mandatory protections or access to courts available to them. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights.

If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply where legally possible. We may update this page for future purchases, with the revision date shown above. Please keep the terms and order details provided at the time of your purchase.
